TACLS is committed to working with the communities we serve to improve how we deliver legal assistance services and represent the community. TACLS welcomes all feedback on how we work.

Feedback

If you have feedback, positive or negative, that you need think we need to hear, please contact us by email or phone. We are happy to hear anything, whether it’s about staff, our legal services, our community engagement or some other aspect of what we do.

Complaints

If you would like to make a formal complaint about a member of staff, we encourage you to contact us (by phone) or come to our office to discuss your complaint, so we can work together to resolve it.
